Just A Wee Bit  Smaller Than Windsor

Barr Tower  is just a tad smaller than than the Queen's suburban London digs, according to Jean Sue, whose maternal family included Barrs. But, in another photo, you'll plainly seen that did not stop her from wearing a tiara while visiting the landmark. The towe, located in the  Ayrshire town of Galston about 25 miles south of Glasgow, was built for the Lockhart clam in the 1400s. The Campbells of Cessnock acquired Barr Tower in 1670.
